The yts is not actually a file extension, but a "label" of certain warez groups that offer movies over the P2P networks.

YTS or YIFY is usually just part of the file name, whilst the files are in either AVIs, MP4s, MKVs or similar multimedia format.

Files with YTS in file name are usually movies playable in any video player.

How to convert:

Use any video converter to transform .yts files to other video formats.
