.VTY File

File extension vty doesn't appear to be associated with any programs or applications. However, files released by the  ViTALiTy warez group.

The VTY often found in the name of the file is NOT file extension, its just part of the file name. The files itself are often archives, mostly in RAR file format and can be extracted with almost any compression utility.

How to open:

Unless these files are just rename .rar files, you cannot open them in any way.

How to convert:

Typically cannot be converted, but extracted if they are truly renamed RAR files.
