File extension ttc is most likely best known for its use for the TrueType Font collection, an extension of TrueType format used to store a various TrueType fonts in one file (space savings for a collection of fonts with many glyphs).  Used mainly in Asian countries (China, Japan, Korea). Supported in both Windows and Mac.

Files with ttc suffix are collections of true type fonts in a special format commonly used in Asian version of Microsoft Windows and Mac.

How to convert:

Various font managers can be usually used to convert .ttc files to other formats.
