The TPNUEB file extension seems to be used for a specialized digital publication file provided by some Iranian libraries or universities under Iranian ministry of Culture. Probably some special format used only in Iran.

Found on internet for example as حقوق اداری 2.tpnueb, which means Administrative law 2.tpnueb.

File analysis made using TrID - File Identifier suggest 100% internal match with Corel Photo Paint CPT format. However, we were unable to open it in programs that otherwise support CPT format.

How to open:

These files may probably be only opened by a software provided by the university library.

How to convert:

As far as we know, this .tpnueb file type can't be converted to any other file format. This is usually the case of system, configuration, temporary, or data files containing data exclusive to only one software and used for its own purposes. Also some proprietary or closed file formats cannot be converted to more common file types in order to protect the intellectual property of the developer, which is for example the case of some DRM-protected multimedia files.
