File extension okr is probably mainly related to PowerRecover, a backup and recovery program from Cyberlink.

An .okr file is so called "one key recovery" file used by the program. Seems like a ZIP that contains the backup.

You can work with these files using PowerRecover. However, you might be able to simply rename them to ZIP and extract should you need it.

How to convert:

A conversion for .okr files seems unlikely, but since these are just renamed ZIP files you can extract and potentially convert the content.
