The mml file extension is nowadays mainly related to documents settings for Adobe FrameMaker.

The mml file is written in Maker Markup Language and contains properties and settings for documents made in FrameMaker. It is stored in ASCI text format.

Files with mml extension can mostly found as documents made using Adobe FrameMaker word processing software.

You can apply these settings to already existing documents or create a new one based on properties saved within *.mml files.

How to convert:

Export to some other document formats is likely, but can probably be only done in the original software. This of course goes for a document based on *.mml file, not the *.mml file its.
