The jfx file extension is mainly used for J2 Jconnect fax file format.

jConnect was created to unify fax, voice and conferencing into a single telephone number enabling professionals to have a true "virtual office".

The .jfx fax files can be stored in TIF Tagged Image File Format bitmap image format. Rename jfx file extension to tif and try to view it in picture image viewer.

These files are mainly managed by J2 Jconnect software.

How to convert:

As these files are basically TIFF images, you can work with them as such and convert them to other graphics or print as PDF.
