 The png-large file extension is associated with the TweetDeck a social and microblogging network browser from Twitter.

The png-large file contains picture image in JPEG bitmap format uploaded to Twitter.

The png-large file is created when you view a picture stored on TweetDeck using a Google Chrome, or Chromium browsers - right click on picture and select Save picture as... option.

Chrome will wanted to save picture with png-large file extension.

png-large file extension is derived from picture URL, for example:

https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CBnLjALUoAIHEL-.png:large

The solution is very simple: rename png-large file extension to png and you are able to view file in any bitmap picture viewer.

Another web browsers, like Firefox, Internet Explorer save pictures from Twitter with original jpg extension.

Use any picture viewer to view content of *.png-large files.

How to convert:

Use any picture editing software to transform png-large file to other picture file format.
