What is an .DXA file?

The dxa file extension is used for format used for videos in the Amiga and Macintosh versions of the Feeble Files.

It is basically ZLIB compressed video frames, using wav format for audio.

The Macintosh version is using the Microsoft ADPCM format for the audio instead.

This dxa file type entry was marked as obsolete and no longer supported file format.

This type of file is no longer actively used and is most likely obsolete. This is typically the case for system files in old operating systems, file types from long discontinued software, or previous versions of certain file types (like documents, projects etc.) that were replaced in higher versions of their original programs.

How to open:

There once existed a program called Feeble that could playback these files, but nowadays is very hard to come by.

How to convert:

Compatible tools may be able to export dxa files to other formats.
