De M2DCT -bestandsextensie is gekoppeld aan de Manila 2D. Manila 2D was een bijgewerkte gebruikersinterface voor Windows Mobile -telefoons ontwikkeld door de HTC. Bestand bevat de op maat gemaakte huid van Manila.
Manila werd onofficieel geport voor vele andere smartphones met Windows Mobile -besturingssysteem. Om M2DCT Skin Manila 2D te gebruiken, moet worden geïnstalleerd in de Windows Mobile Phone.
