The xmbclp file extension is associated with the X-Mouse Button Control - sw utility for Microsoft Windows (XMBC) that allows users to re-configure mouse buttons settings.

The xmbclp file stores some kind of data used by X-Mouse Button Control. Language packs for this tool use xmbclp file suffix. To install a language pack, download it from developer website (under associated software link) and open it with XMBC (this should be the default associated app). It will then appear in the language selection dropdown in the general settings tab.

Can be used only with X-Mouse Button Control tool.

How to convert:

As far as we know, this .xmbclp file type can't be converted to any other file format. This is usually the case of system, configuration, temporary, or data files containing data exclusive to only one software and used for its own purposes. Also some proprietary or closed file formats cannot be converted to more common file types in order to protect the intellectual property of the developer, which is for example the case of some DRM-protected multimedia files.
