.VSB File

The vsb file extension is associated with the Virtual Sampler or vSampler (MAZ)  bank file format (16-bits sound).

The vsb file contains loops, names, lfos, envelopes, layers, instruments, drum kits, collections, sample starts & end offsets, multiple filter types.

This vsb file type entry was marked as obsolete and no longer supported file format.

This type of file is no longer actively used and is most likely obsolete. This is typically the case for system files in old operating systems, file types from long discontinued software, or previous versions of certain file types (like documents, projects etc.) that were replaced in higher versions of their original programs.

How to open:

As far as we know, programs like Awave Studio should be able to work with VSB format. But you can also use the original MAZ Sound tools of course.

How to convert:

Various audio bank samples can be usually converted between different formats.
