File extension vfx is mainly associated with the Animation Master, an animation tool for Microsoft Windows and Mac. A .vfx file contains effect plug-in used to add other features to app.

How to open:

As far as we know, you can import .vfx files to Animation Master only.

How to convert:

Plug-ins usually cannot be converted to anything else.
