The tofp file extension is mainly associated with Toshiba fingerprint utility, a tool for Microsoft Windows operating system that allows users to use fingerprint reader installed on laptop.

The .tofp files contain settings backup saved by the program.

How to open:

You can open and recover these backups in Toshiba fingerprint utility. Doing so will restore the settings to the program.

How to convert:

You cannot convert *.tofp backup files to anything else, but you can recover them.
