File extension temp_video is known to be used for a temporary video file created on some Android devices, most typically on Samsung smartphones since 2012. Often found when users are recording something, but the recording app glitches and doesn't save the video properly.

Renaming the suffix to mp4 or some other video doesn't typically work, but some users had success with VLC player that supposedly can somehow repair and recover the recording.

Try to open the file with VLC player, it might be able to play it.

How to convert:

Unless there are suggested applications listed below the extension description, that are able to convert the temporary files, there is usually no way to convert temporary files into any other file format.
