.SYC File

The syc file extension was used by an old program called Sniffer, discontinued in 2004 and formerly developed and sold by the Network Associates (now known as McAfee).

Sniffer was probably some sort of computer security software.

Use Wireshark to open *.syc capture files.

How to convert:

Probably can be converted to anything else.
