The singed file extension is associated with OS X operating system (now macOS) based on UNIX available for Mac computers and other apps written for it.

These signed files most likely contain certificates or other related data used by Apple Mac applications.

How to open:

At this moment, there is not known application that is able to open *.signed file types.

How to convert:

It does not seem to be possible to convert *.signed files to anything else.
