The shsh file extension is best known to be used on Apple devices that feature iOS operating system, including iPhones, iPads and iPods.

The .shsh file stores ECID data. ECID stands for Exclusive Chip ID.

This is a unique chip identification that is different for every iPhone or iPod Touch. When you restore your device, iTunes contacts the Apple servers, to generate signatures, just for your device.

How to open:

Probably only used for iOS system and not meant to opened by the user manually.

How to convert:

A conversion for *.shsh files seems very unlikely.
