.SCPT File

File extension scpt seems to be best known for its use for AppleScript, an English-like language used to write script files that automate the actions of the computer and the applications that run on it.

This format may be used as script files offered for various other programs, i.e. downloadable InDesign scripts may be in SCPT format.

Files with scpt suffix are in most cases scripts saved in AppleScript scripting language.

Use AppleScript Editor in Mac OS X operating system.

How to convert:

It seems unlikely that .scpt files can be directly converted to anything else, unless some kind of parser exists.
