The s2k file extension seems to have been used for a subtitle format in old Sasami2K media player.

The program doesn't seem to be further developed and this subtitle format is rather rare.

How to open:

Dedicated subtitle editors like Subtitle Workshop supposedly still suport S2K format and may work with it.

How to convert:

Subtitles can be often converted between different formats, provided you find a tool that supports this format,
