The rpo file extension is associated with the IBM XL C/C++ for Linux a programming tool.

The rpo file contains a listing of template instantiations used in the corresponding object file. These files are subsequently used included in compilation process and are collapsed into single instances within compilation units by the linker.

As far as we know, this .rpo file type can't be converted to any other file format. This is usually the case of system, configuration, temporary, or data files containing data exclusive to only one software and used for its own purposes.
