The rfi file extension si associated with the SPEFO Stellar Spectra Analysis, a small, yet powerful program used for processing stellar spectra at the Astronomical Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic.

How to open:

As far as we know, this .rfi file type can't be converted to any other file format. This is usually the case of system, configuration, temporary, or data files containing data exclusive to only one software and used for its own purposes.
