File extension qmg is mainly associated with the Samsung Theme Designer used to create customized themes for Samsung mobile phones.

QMG file format is called qmage and its made by quramsoft. It is a proprietary format.
The encoding tool, decoder library are also proprietary.

The qmg file contains picture image (graphics) that can be used as a wallpaper, icon, button or other graphics elements. 

Samsung Theme Designer will imports QMG picture images to Samsung theme file with smt file extension.
