The pzsav file extension is exclusively related to Panzer Corps WW2 turn-based strategy and all its add-ons and used for one of the default file types.

A .pzsav file contains saved game position from the game.

How to open:

When placed to the default save game folder, you can load the position within the game.

How to convert:

There is now way and also no point to convert .pzsav files to anything else.
