File extension ptped seems to be mainly related and used for a special database format used in several programs from PedFast Technologies, including the following ones:

• The Breeder's Standard 2012 (and Newer)
• The Cattery's Standard 2013 (and Newer)
• iPed 5G 2015
• iPed 6G 2017
• Equestrian's Standard 2016 (and Newer)

How to open:

This format is accepted in most (if not every) program from PedFast Technologies.,

How to convert:

No conversion utilities exists for .ptped files and such you can perform export only using the original program.
