The prox file extension is related to the POV-Ray (Persistence of Vision Raytracer), a program for various platforms, which allows users to create 3D graphics.

The prox file contains proximity pattern parameters.

How to open:

As far as we know, this .prox file type can't be converted to any other file format. This is usually the case of system, configuration, temporary, or data files containing data exclusive to only one software and used for its own purposes.
