File extension obml16 is associated with some versions of Internet browser Opera Mini  that is available for Apple iOS, Google Android and various other mobile platforms.

A typical .obml16 file contains saved web page in OBML (Opera Binary Markup Language) file format.

OBML is a feature available to Opera Mini. When OBML is used to render a web page, instead of the whole page being downloaded to the device.

Files with obml16 suffix are web pages saved using by some versions of Opera Mini web browser.
