The ndpis file extension is associated with the NanoZoomer, a digital whole slide scanning devices, developed by Hamamatsu Photonics.

The ndpis file stores digital image created by the NanoZoomer scanning device.

How to open:

As far as we know, this .ndpis file type can't be converted to any other file format.
