The M4C file extension is associated with IBM Voice Type voice dictation software for Microsoft Windows and IBM OS/2 operating systems that also allows users to remote computer with a voice. The .m4c file contains language newuser data.

As far as we know, this .m4c file type can't be converted to any other file format.
