The lfl file extension is associated with computer games based on Script Creation Utility for Maniac Mansion (SCUMM), like Maniac Mansion, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, The Secret of Monkey Island developed by LucasArts.

The .lfl file stores game resources.

How to open:

The data from these files are automatically accessed by the hgame.

How to convert:

Unless some modding tool exist that can extract .lfl files, it does not seem to be possible to export or convert the contents of these files to anything else.
