.KSC File

The ksc extension is primarily related to Korg Trinity, a synthesizer music workstation released by Korg in 1995.

The ksc file used in Korg Trinity contains a list of .KMP files (multisamples) - normally to be used by your own programs - and/or .KSF files (samples) - normally to be used as drums (but note that these contain no key assignments so they will not show up as a drum-kit).

These .kmp and .ksf files are stored in a sub-directory with the same name as the .ksc file.

This ksc file type entry was marked as obsolete and no longer supported file format.

This type of file is no longer actively used and is most likely obsolete. This is typically the case for system files in old operating systems, file types from long discontinued software, or previous versions of certain file types (like documents, projects etc.) that were replaced in higher versions of their original programs.

It appears that some sample converters can process these files, but only if you have the corresponding *.kmp and *.ksf files.
