The jsf file extension is used for Adobe (formerly Macromedia) Fireworks, a bitmap and vector graphics editor marketed by Adobe as part of its Adobe Creative Suite and Creative Cloud. 

The jsf file is a batch script, that contain (almost) any sequence of program commands written in JavaScript source code.

Files with jsf extension are related to Adobe Fireworks and used for one of its script files.

How to convert:

There is no reason to convert *.jsf files to other formats.
