File extension iwa is associated with Pages, Keynote and Numbers applications bundled as iWork office suite for Mac OS X (macOS) and Apple iOS operating systems.

A typical .iwa file stores data related to iWork document, like style settings for sheets, tables and other metadata. Usually, these files are stored in Index.zip file included in document bundle (pages, numbers, keynote).
