The gpz file extension is mainly related to IBM DB2 Document Manager program and used for its history files.

These gpz files are used to store the activity history of a document. For a DM class that has lifecycle tracking enabled, each document has a corresponding history file. GPZ format is both compressed and encrypted.

How to open:

You can work with these files using IBM DB2 Document Manager. No other program can work with them as IBM didn't provide the information necessary to uncompress and decrypt this file nor to create one.

How to convert:

Probably cannot be converted to anything else.
