What is an .GFORM file?

The gform file extension is mainly related to Google Drive web service and used for links to a form saved using the Forms app for Google Drive.

The gform file contains web link to a form created and saved in Google Drive. These files do not contain the actual form, just encoded URL link. 

These files are typically found in your Google Drive folder that is synchronized with the service. Opening it results in launching Google Drive in your Web browser so you can edit the form.

Files with gform extension are URL links to a form created in Google Drive. It is not the actual form, just URL link. You can download the form in a CSV format.


How to open:

These files can only be opened using a web browser and edited in Google Forms web application. It will launch the on-line form editor in your web browser.

How to convert:

When you open the form in Google Drive or integrated Google Docs web application, you have the option to save it to another format using the File -> Download as function. Google Driver supports CSV format for output forms.
