File extension gefickt seems to be mainly related to a variant of the infamous Jigsaw ransomware. This particular variant appeared early February 2017 and works pretty much like its predecessors, encrypts users files, renames the suffix and demands ransom.

You can use the Jigsaw Decrypter by Micheale Gillespie to recover your files.

How to convert:

Once your files have been successfuly decrypted, you can convert them like usual.
