The feed-ms file extension is used for files that store RSS feeds. As of February 5, 2006 Microsoft shipped a preview of their new Internet Explorer release, along with an integrated RSS experience.
This includes an RSS store mechanism combined with a documented COM interface. Internet Explorer 7 is the default client for this RSS store.
