File extension edz is mainly associated with ProductView, a digital mockup and product visualization software from PTC.

The typical .edz file contains compressed package of 3D/2D files.

ProductView is now known as Creo Elements/View. It is not clear whenever the new edition of this program still uses EDZ format.

Files with edz extension can be found as compressed packages from ProductView program.

How to open:

Use ProductView to open and work with the *.edz files.

How to convert:

Some sort of export with PoductView (or its successor product) is perhaps possible.
