The docenx file extension is related with Microsoft Word document (*.doc file extension),  encrypted with the use of Egis program, an encryption utility that was bundled with some Acer laptops.

How to open:

Use Egis to work with *.docenx files.

How to convert:

There is no way how to convert the encrypted *.docenx files. However, after decoding the *.docenx files, original files can be converted, if their format allows it.
