File extension demo is associated with VirtuaGirl, a free program that brings up dancing girls right to your desktop.

The .demo file probably contains short demo of a model (dancer) video package for preview purposes. These files are found in models folder and every dancer package contains one or more such demo files.

Note: It may be possible that .demo files are also featured in other programs or games for some demonstration purposes.

Files with demo extension can be most notably found as model previews from VirtuaGirl dancing girls screensaver.

How to open:

It doesn't seem these demos can be opened in any program except for VirtuaGirl.

How to convert:

Unfortunately, it seems that you cannot convert .demo files from VirtuaGirl to anything else.
