File extension csh is associated with Adobe Photoshop, a professional image-editing standard and leader of the Photoshop digital imaging line, developed by Adobe Systems Incorporated.

A .csh file is used for custom vector shapes (objects), such as toothed wheels and can be saved and loaded in Adobe Photoshop.

Custom shape files are saved in Photoshop/Presets/Custom Shapes folder by default.

Files with csh extension can be found as Adobe Photoshop shapes files. Photoshop shape files contains vector shapes (objects) used to create objects in vector graphics file format for example cog wheels. Shapes are available through Custom Shape Tool in Adobe Photoshop.
