The coo file extension is associated with AutoCAD, a CAD development platform, developed by Autodesk, Inc.

The coo files are generated and used by AutoCAD and are also known as cookie files, where each cookie file will relate to a single raster file.

The coo file is a text editable file and contains the bounding coordinates for geocoded image/raster file in Cartesian space.

As far as we know, this .coo file type can't be converted to any other file format. This is usually the case of system, configuration, temporary, or data files containing data exclusive to only one software and used for its own purposes.
