.CL File

The CL file extension is associated with the IconUtils application. IconUtils is used to create icons and cursors for Microsoft Windows operating system.

The cursor library file (.cl file) contains a set of Windows cursors, crated in the IconUtils. Cursors from cursor library can be exported to Windows cursor file (.cur file) and set as a default cursors in Windows. Customized cursors can be also set as default Windows cursors directly from the IconUtils application.

A cl file extension is related to the IconUtils, an icons and cursors creator for Windows. A cl file stores mouse cursor library.

Use IconUtils, or ArtIcons to open mouse cursor library files.

How to convert:

Use compatible tools to export *.cl files to other formats.
