The ch1 file extension is related to IBM Freelance Graphics, a charting and presentation program. A *.ch1 file is a chart created in older version of Freelance.

As far as we know, this .ch1 file type can't be converted to any other file format. This is usually the case of system, configuration, temporary, or data files containing data exclusive to only one software and used for its own purposes.
