.CEI File

The cei file extension is used by CRiSP Harvest.

The cei files is used to set catch ceilings which are the primary means selected by the PSC to reduce stock exploitation rates.

The cei file is used: (1) to specify fisheries with ceilings; (2) to set ceiling levels (catch levels); and (3) to allow you to force Model catches to equal the ceiling.

How to open:

The *.cei files are used for internal purposes of CRiSP Harvest.

How to convert:

As far as we know, this .cei file type can't be converted to any other file format. This is usually the case of system, configuration, temporary, or data files containing data exclusive to only one software and used for its own purposes. Also some proprietary or closed file formats cannot be converted to more common file types in order to protect the intellectual property of the developer, which is for example the case of some DRM-protected multimedia files.
