A BFSTM files is an audio file saved in the Binary caFe STreaM (BFSTM) format used by various Nintendo Wii U and Switch games. It may contain a sound effect or background music that is looped during gameplay. BFSTM files replaced .BRSTM and .BCSTM files, which are commonly used by Wii and 3DS games.
BFSTM files can be opened on a PC using BrawlBox, which can also convert them to .WAV files. The files can also be opened using the VGAudio library.
