The azw3r file extension is mainly related to Amazon Kindle e-books and used for some sort of metadata file for standard azw3 file.

Typically located within .sdr subfolder, these file have the same file name as the main *.azw3 e-book.

As far as we know, this .azw3r file type can't be converted to any other file format. This is usually the case of system, configuration, temporary, or data files containing data exclusive to only one software and used for its own purposes.
