File extension au3 is mainly associated with AutoIt v3, a freeware BASIC-like scripting language designed for automating the Windows GUI and general scripting.

A typical .au3 file contains scripts written and saved in the Autolt language.

Files with au3 suffix can be usually found as scripts written in AutoIt v3 scripting language.

How to open:

Scripts and source codes can be viewed using any text editor, but executed only in programs with support of that particular language.

How to convert:

Unless you can find some parser to other languages, it does not seem possible to convert to this file type.
