The agn file extension is related to the Psion Series 3a Agenda file format.

Psion's Agenda - Contacts and Data applications. Series 3a Agenda files are binary files containing typed variable length records. They use the same basic file and record structure as DBF files, but the file signature and internal record structure are NOT the same.

This agn file type entry was marked as obsolete and no longer supported file format.

As far as we know, this .agn file type can't be converted to any other file format.
