.BPL File

File extension bpl is associated with Delphi 4 and later and used for packed library files. The bpl file is a library file similar to a dll file.

Used to work with programs created in Delphi IDE.

BPL = Borland Package Library

Note:

If I run any program.exe on your computer using this bpl library and the following error message is displayed: "This application has failed to start, because ****.bpl was not found."

Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

These bpl files must be copied over along with the executables. 

Files with bpl extension can be usually encountered as special packaged libraries from Delphi programming environment.

Use Delphi to open *.blp packed library files.

How to convert:

Conversion to other formats is not possible.
